• Responsible for field implementation of KOICA project "Promoting optimal growth and development in primary school children through building a healthy environment in Kome Island, Tanzania". Managed a team of nine culturally diverse members to achieve project objectives within budget and timeline. • Planned, implemented and monitored school feeding programs, schistosomiasis and NTD screening, mass drug administration, health campaigns, advocacy sessions, COVID-19 emergency relief initiatives, and village WASH and health committee activities. Developed and designed school feeding, health education programs, and school health guidelines. Monitored field construction of large-scale WASH and Health facilities such as water tanks, wells, and school kitchens.• Coordinated research assisting medical experts from Korea and Tanzania NIMR in medical screening at 12 local primary schools for 15,669 children. Conducted checkups and parasite infection screening through BMI, Hemoglobin tests, behavior surveys, and stool sampling. Developed study protocol and survey tools for monitoring. Conducted training sessions for surveyors, and monitored the data collection process in the field. Advocated with school health coordinators and health workers for stockpiling albendazole and praziquantel. Provided administrative support for IRB submission, literature reviews, and data cleaning.
