ELECTRIFICATION, DIGITALResponsibility  Planning the business strategy, tactics, and sales plans for each customer.  Accomplishing the order and sales target by managing a team; planning and evaluating sales plan and by analyzing competitors and customers and their interaction  Maintaining effective customer relationships and developing a concrete relationship with a sponsor  Identifying and driving the development of new initiatives by analyzing market trends and customer’s needs.  Coaching and motivating sales sources to achieve team goals and effectively allocating resources based on customer needs and potential for growth.  Preparing and reviewing the proposal based on specifications including target price and terms and conditions of the contract.
