  카카오비즈기획파트 서비스 기획 (2021.11 - 2023.05)- 카카오의 비즈니스 서비스를 이용하는 고객에게 손쉽고 매끄러운 서비스 경험 제공을 위해, 카카오비즈니스 홈페이지, 대시보드 등 프론트엔드 개선 및 운영을 담당했습니다.티켓 예매 플랫폼 멜론티켓 서비스 기획 및 마케터 (2018.06 - 2021.11)- 코로나19 당시 공연업계 활성화를 위해 문체부 산하 기관과 쿠폰 프로모션(소소티켓)을 2차에 걸쳐 진행했고, PM으로서 서비스 기획/마케팅 등 전반적인 업무를 총괄했습니다.- 멜론티켓 FE, 백오피스 기능을 개선했습니다. (쿠폰 고도화, 매출 조회, 정산 등)멜론 유저를 기반으로 한 타겟 마케팅을 진행하고, 다양한 마케팅 채널을 통한 쿠폰&굿즈 마케팅을 통해 매출을 견인했습니다.Product Manager. Kakao Biz Planning Part- I was responsible for improving and operating the frontend of Kakao Business website and dashboard to provide a seamless and user-friendly service experience for customers utilizing Kakao's business services.Product Manager, Marketer. Melon Ticket- During the COVID-19 period, I conducted coupon promotions (SoSo Ticket) in collaboration with a government agency under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to revitalize the performing arts industry. As a project manager, I oversaw overall tasks including service planning and marketing.- Improved frontend and backend functions of Melon Ticket (coupon enhancement, sales tracking, settlement, etc.). Conducted targeted marketing based on Melon users and boosted sales through coupon and merchandise marketing via various channels.
