Focusing on achievement of commercial objectives by gaining/protect market share under the Sanofi Vaccine Portfolio against competitors.Plenty/ broad commercial experience and meaningful key achievement• Proactively advice and leading the conversation on all internal processes such as sell-in and Sell-out activity, VEEVA, E-order system(order/stock/AR), Field force activities (coverage, call frequency, KPIs etc) in cooperation with the relevant functions (Commercial, MKT, BO&S, SCM, QA, Treasury, Credit etc.)• Strong managing KPA key account on Channel & Brands (6-in-1 combo vaccine/RSV vaccine)• To propose market oriented Commercial Policy : Setting up a new commercial policy that takes into account market dynamics and company BOI(cooperate with TRM team)• Successful Influenza campaign on return(stock) management leading the conversation in cooperation with cross-functional teams to align the corporate strategic direction. (Marketing/SCM/Credit)• Lead actively credit (AR) management/ Lead the remaining AR collection in according to re-invention(transformation).• Lead field force Enhancing competency & strategic thinking: Management for 1st field force academy - VRs assessment (Engagement/Selling & presentation skill) – Inovara• Build/fully adapted the new incentive scheme/ S&T focused on the customer engagement (cooperate with BO&S team)•Fully engage and align the GO-to-Market planning/activation as core contributor to reflect a real field voice. (Part of Reinvent initiative)• Tele-sales management for non-target accounts (Crenor)• Actively lead/ drove/ contributed to the various projects & initiatives with transversal functions and tried to create a value-driven
