To accomplish the internal target budget and to satisfy the client need, I had to and willingly tried to support the clients to solve every business issues which they needed. For 21 years I have performed diverse works such as M&A, Reconstruction Plan, IT developments, Transfer Pricing, IFRS embedding, Tax Investigation, Incorporation,…etc. Some of these are not common and may not happen to a company in its life cycle, but as an external expert I had the chance to experience all of them. 21years work has enabled me to keep various human network, understanding and knowledge of almost every industry, company and people.
