Field claim data analysis - Define incident parts and symptom for field claim investigation. - Confirm the cause analysis result & countermeasures - Define the boundary of the issue - Confirm the countermeasure application and monitoring field claims. 2. Field claim investigation and Failure mode analysis 3. Quality improvement activities & Monitoring 4. Fleet test operation and management 5. OLV (Vehicle Launching Operation) management - 3 months after SOS (Start of Sales) intensive field claim investigation - Special activity to stabilize Vehicle Initial Quality 6. VIQ (Vehicle Initial Quality) survey analysis 7. QMS (Quality Management System) management 8. ISO9001 Certification for internal and external audit 9. A/S network training - Sharing concerns/causes/countermeasures during the development - Deliver the explanation and resolution for expected customer complaint to minimize customers complaint ● Field quality problem (incident) Analyst - Define failure mode of H/W and S/W problems for cause analysis - Countermeasure proposal and monitoring effectiveness of solutions 1. NVH related concern analysis - Define phenomena and reproduction conditions. - Quantification of customers complaint by measurement 2. Chassis part/system quality concern analysis - Brake, Steering, Suspension, etc. related HW/SW issue investigation 3. Powertrain quality concern analysis - malfunction, warning messages, immobilization, engine stall, etc.● NVH performance development engineer - Booming noise LTL (Local Technical Leader)
