• Analyse the structural macro change in Europe and select the region's long-lasting vital themes, deep-dive to find implications for the investment, and share the idea with the whole company through papers and discussion• Provide the analysis of the economic indicators and issues of the region regularly and be responsible for forming the whole company's view about European markets, including bonds, equity and FX• Manage the work process of the research part in the team to align macro views of each region in the global market and review the research papers of juniors as a director

• Expand the macro research coverage from Latin America to the entire Emerging market, including Eastern Europe, South Africa and South East Asia• Be in charge of analysing the commodity market, especially the oil market, and provide tactical ideas with a deep understanding of the related industries• Propose TAA(Tactical Asset Allocation) positions of equity, bond, FX, and commodity future based on research• As a senior manager, lead and manage juniors to construct TAA positions with other senior members

• Establish the long-short portfolio in the early stage of the fund and re-balanced it regularly• Analyze and differentiate winners & looser concerning structural change in the domestic stock market

• Research and analyse stocks in the Asian market in addition to the macro changes in the region• Find opportunities in the commodity market based on a deep understanding of the refinery and chemical industry
