Mr. Dojae Yoo is currently working for Samsung Electro-Mechanics Co. Ltd., as the principal engineering researcher of PKG Group in Corporate R&D Center. He has been working in packaging asembly house and electronic parts manufacturing since 1998 with hands on experience on new package/substrate design & package integration and new process deveopment & integration in package on package and mobile SiP module, particularly worked in the R&D and mass production ramp-up in previous comapany of Amkor Technology Korea. Currently, He is developing new advanced interconnection process integration to SiP module for Mobile 3D System Module Packaging based on experienced package design and package deveopment technologies. He has been active as an individual member in IMAPS(International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society) since 2010, and he holds several patents and published papers, and awarded silver award for best paper in Samsung group in 2010 (SBPA2010).Mr. Yoo received his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, and his MS in management of technology (MOT) from graduate school.
