1.Biomedical Research Institute Management:Oversees the overall operations of a biomedical research institute, including pipeline management, researcher supervision, and administrative tasks.2.Gene Therapy Development:Possesses expertise in the production and purification of viral vectors, as well as the development of IPC/QC analysis methods for gene therapy products.3.Basic Scientific Research and Method Development:Conducts research in the field of biomedicine, focusing on vaccine engineering, protein engineering, and molecular virology.4.Preclinical and Clinical Research:Participates in various vaccine development clinical projects, including the COVID-19 vaccine, and performs analysis and evaluation of these projects (BMGF, PATH, Sanofi).5.Government Project Management:Prepares RFPs, writes research proposals/plans/reports, and extracts research results for government-funded projects.6.Technology and Business Evaluation:Conducts valuation assessments of biotech companies and technologies.7.Additional Skills:Proficient in various laboratory techniques, including molecular biology, cell culture, and virology assays. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with data analysis and statistical software.
