(1st system in Korea region) - In charge of MOCVD system maintenance as a main engineer. - Handle the issue that been occurred as customer requested. - proceed with the regular meeting with cusotmers and HQ to improve process results - trouble shooting and system maintenance. > Periodic maintenace ( Cold trap filter replacement, heater replacement, MO gas replacement etc. ) > replace the vacuum robot due to leakage. > adjust factors affecting the process ( MFC, curvature, MO gas bottle, Pressure gauge etc.) > inspection and replacement of damaged parts due to water leakage in the cleanroom ceiling2. Etch system maintenance. 1) Company R&D center maintenance. ( CCP system ) - Periodic maintenance > upper&lower chamber wet cleaning > replace consumable parts > adjust factors affecting the process ( MFC, Gas flow, Pressure gauge, RF, etc. ) - Fab facilities maintenance. > check the facilities condition regularly ( chiller, dry pump, gas cabinet, air conditioning system, etc.) > handle issues through contacting with vendors 2) Supporting Skhynix CJ site. ( CCP & TSV system) - EFEM brooks robot arm of TSV system replacement and robot teaching. - Uninstalling CCP system. - TSV system relocation to China Wuxi - regular check the RF time of consumable parts and verify the system. - regular PM & reply to customers 3) oversea support - response to overseas customers to resolve issues > ATM robot origin value setting and robot teaching (USA) > proceed with PM and replace consumable parts > proceed with PM and replace SH to solve the chamber lid temperature unstable issue (Japan) > Attend in regular meetings with overseas customer to identify the current status and follow up issues. > Response to simpe or small issues with remote support during pandemic situation3.
