Hello My name is Hyejin Joy Kim. I’ve studied comparative culture theory including theperforming arts at Korea University. My work experience could be divided into fourdifferent parts. My first work experience is about education at DIMA. Now I am working atDIMA which is Dong-Ah Institute of Media and Arts as a faculty member in the performingarts division for 15 years. I mainly teach and create content. I also develop a new curriculumfor students in the future. I received the Best Professor Award of DIMA. My second workexperience that I have is in the entertainment industry. I’ve worked in the entertainment fieldincluding JYP Entertainment, CUBE Entertainment, MyMusicTaste, and BoxMedia as aproducer and a music director. I was in charge of developing and consulting the musicbusiness as well as domestic and international concert contents. Additionally, I work with thegovernment department. I’m currently a board member of the Korea Creative ContentAgency (KOCCA), a governmental agency that oversees and coordinates the promotion ofthe Korean content industry. It integrates five related organizations, including the KoreanBroadcasting Institute, the Korea Culture & Content Agency, and the Korea Game Agency. Iwas in charge of policy making and project planning and reviewing for KOCCA. As for mylast and the most important job of my life, I have served at a Valuable Offering EagerlyMovement (VOEM) as a representative and a producer. It is a Non-profit missionaryorganization.
