CTO조직내에는 다양한 개발팀 뿐만 아니라, 검색/추천 기획, 데이터분석, 머신러닝, 딥러닝, 알고리즘 개발을 담당하는 조직까지 포함되어 있으며, 이러한 일부 비개발 직군들의 업무들까지 리딩하고 있습니다. 특히 검색/추천 파트의 경우에는, 기획,운영,개발,모델링까지 포괄하는 목적형 조직형태로 운영을 해왔습니다. 최근에는, 세 개의 ST(Single Tread) 조직을 맡아서 리딩함으로서, 커머스의 가장 중요한 컴포넌트인 (1) 상품/카탈로그 (2) Dynamic Pricing (3) 검색광고와 같은 부분에 대해서 폭넓게 업무들을 경험한 바가 있습니다. 기술 개발에 국한하지 않고, 기술 역량을 주요하게 필요로 하는 업무 파트에서는, 전략, 기획, 운영 업무도 포괄적으로 수행한 경험을 가지고 있습니다. 제 전공분야가 검색/추천 랭킹 알고리즘 개발이다보니, 검색,추천 서비스의 UI/UX, 검색엔진, 검색모델링, 추천 알고리즘 등에 관심을 가지고 프로젝트들을 진행해오고 있습니다. 또한 커머스의 다양한 부문에서, 효율화, 자동화를 위해서 머신러닝, 딥러닝을 활용하는 기술 개발들을 하고 있습니다.At 11st Street, I hold the position of CTO and lead the entire development organization.11th Street is one of the online shopping companies in South Korea.The CTO organization encompasses diverse development teams, as well as teams responsible for search/recommendation planning, data analysis, machine learning, deep learning, and various algorithm development. I also lead the work of some of these non-development teams. In particular, the search/recommendation team has operated under a goal-oriented organizational structure, encompassing planning, operation, development, and modelling.Recently, I have taken on the responsibility of leading three Single Thread (ST) organizations, gaining extensive experience in crucial commerce components such as (1) product/catalog building, (2) Dynamic Pricing, and (3) search advertising. My experience extends beyond technical development to encompass strategy, planning, and operational tasks in technology-driven departments. (Cf: ST stands for a single thread, similar to Amazon's Single Thread.)Given my major in search/recommendation ranking algorithm development, I have a keen interest in UI/UX of search/recommendation service, search engines, search modelling, and recommendation algorithms, and I have been actively involved in projects related to these areas. Additionally, I am engaged in developing machine learning and deep learning technologies to enhance efficiency and automation in various aspects of e-commerce.
