• Sales Admin & Using VEEVA CRM Champion (SFE Assistant) / Report to BE Head- It supports academic events, booths, ADs, and corporate sponsorship events conducted by sales teams and marketing teams.- Create POs using SAP and implement payment process for total data costs and other expenses used by the company- Collaboration with MSL and marketing teams- Be aware of company-wide compliance and KRPIA regulations, and comply with deadlines and guidelines.- Review the data defined in the global dashboard delivered by the headquarters to create and report- Multi-channel usage and CRM management, regular update of BE team KPI and reports- Based on VEEVA, it provides analysis of the activities of call data salespeople, future settings, dashboards, data-driven reports, and more.- It manages sales analysis by extracting data from SALES using VEEVA used by IPSEN Korea.- Analyzing simple MKT data to provide BU Head with guidance on MKT projects- I was in charge of conducting a project with the Internal team on establishing accurate data on CRM in Korea

• Marketing Activities Support /Report to Bu head- Assist with promotional event process, Booth, AD, and corporate sponsorship events, etc.- Create PO and complete payment process of Oncology BU expenses through SAP- Support other cross-function teams such as PRA & PSP- Communicate with the Sales team and related associations to conduct administrative work.- Meet the deadline of each marketing event according to the Compliance guide and KRPIA regulation.- Check the defined MKT KPIs from the dashboard and make a simple report.- Answer the sales rep’s questions about the Internal tool- Communicate with Global Business Service or upcoming changes.- Check the defined MKT KPIs from the dashboard and make simple reports.• BU Administrative work & Secretary of BU head- Manage the schedule of BU head.- Support to make expense reports using Concur.
