CurrentLead Financial and management reporting - Financial Accounting treatment guider - Analyze and report PL/OPAT to local and home management for better decision - Statutory reporting to regulatory bodies like FSS, BOK. - Report finanancial statements and the notes to home office - Communicate and explain variances and reporting matters with home office - Report and communicate the variance and plan of KPI to Management - Work closely with external auditor for YE/Intrem Audit.Closing and Controlling - Overall leading of closing of all accounts for both statutory book and US-GAAP based IFRS 4 group book. - Close and reconciliation of EC, Bermuda EBS, ANW/AOM, Bermuda stat. - Expense policy management and control. - Various projects for improving the financial control/efficiency such as automation, early closing, paperless, ERP adoption and so on - Build up internal controls to fulfill SOX-based requirements of local regulatory and Home office - Reconcile and settle intercompany transactions - Reinsurance accounting, settlement and reconciliation - Lead Investment accounting and tax return Treasury - Cash flow analysis/forecast/planning - Manage Short-term operating cash - Auto-Sweeping from Incoming cash to bank acccounts with interest.Major Projects - Set up financial statements (BS/PL) of the 1st step of IFRS (the year of 2011) - LIFT project – Set up accounting(SAP) and reporting(BI/BPC) system (2015) - Datini project – Enhancement to minimze closing timeline(within 5-day) - TF of IFRS 17 Financial Statement in FSS (2018) – Set up Statutory BS/PL frame - Working with several finance projects such as IFRS projects, Connect(branch to subsidy) project, Set up of Economic BS, Bermuda Stat reporting
