안녕하십니까! 저는 지난 약 7년동안 김포공항 운항현장의 접점에서 항공스페셜리스트로 경력을 쌓아온 박창섭이라고 합니다. 제 학력 및 경력에 대해 간단하게 말씀드리자면 대학교에서는 주로 마케팅, 인적자원관리, 경영전략 등에 중점을 두고 경영학을 전공하였으며, 졸업 이후 스포츠 전문일간지인 스포츠조선에서 약 일 년 정도 근무하다 뜻한바 있어 한국공항공사에 입사하게 되면서, 항공업계와 첫 인연을 맺었습니다. 이후 김포국제공항 Airside 현장을 중심으로 다양한 Ramp 안전 및 운항지원 업무를 담당했습니다. 2009년 10월부터 2010년 9월까지는 회사 교육프로그램의 일환으로 영국 크랜필드 대학교로 파견되어『항공교통관리과정(Msc in Air Transport Management)』석사학위를 취득하였습니다. 이는 그동안 공공기관과 공항이라는 한정적인 테두리에서 벗어나 항공경영에 대한 거시적인 안목과 다소 부족했던 전문지식을 쌓고 싶었던 개인적인 포부 때문이었으며, 항공업의 특성을 반영하여 공과대와 경영대의 장점을 결합시킨 독특한 동 전공을 통해 공항, 항공사, 제조사 등을 포괄하는 항공업계의 유기적인 구조를 익힐 수 있었습니다. 1년 남짓의 기간 동안 재무, 마케팅, 통계학 등 경영학의 기초뿐 아니라 항공역학, 항공기 전단 편성(Fleet planning), 항공사 운항관리 등의 고급과정 및 신생항공사 설립에 관련된 그룹프로젝트를 맡는 등 실용적인 커리큘럼을 경험했으며, 졸업논문으로는 공항장애물과 항공기접근절차상의 실질적 관계규명을 통해 현 국내법제와 안전문제를 고찰하는 주제를 택했습니다. 이와 더불어 영국 현지에서 자가용비행기 조종훈련을 통해 항공기 운항에 대한 실질적인 지식과 경험을 쌓을 수 있었습니다.귀국 이후에는 한국공항공사로 다시 복귀하여 본사에서 인천국제공항을 제외한 전국 14개 국내공항의 비행장 및 운항관련 업무를 총괄하는 부서에서 작년 9월 말까지 근무했습니다. 저는 그 누구보다도 항공산업과 항공기에 대한 관심과 애착이 많습니다. 제 목표는 영국 유학을 통해 배운 전문지식과 그동안의 항공업계의 경력을 조합하여 지속적으로Global Aviation Industry Specialist로서 성장해나가는 것입니다.감사합니다.
