ISU 3X3 BASKETBALL CHALLENGE :-As project manager, brainstormed and authored the project proposal that consisted of multiple programs.Communicated between the partnering design company and the client to create the key visual for the event. -Promoted the event through media (e.g., newspaper and magazine) to reach out to those interested in the event. -Calculated and managed the financial budget of the event, which was approximately 200 million KRW. PORSCHE TAYCAN PREVIEW -Communicated with 4 Porsche dealers and maximized a limited time and space to create a program time table where participants can experience the essence of the Porsche TAYCAN.-Planned a scheduled set-up of the event between the hotel and construction, sound, video, lighting companies as operations manager.-Directed the designs and ordered the invitation letters, brochures, and catering decorations.-Supervised and trained 20 staff and vehicle management. -Collected and compared the information between the number of invitees expected versus the number of actual participants which was recorded in the final report.BUSAN INTERNATIONAL MOTOR SHOW 2018 BMW EXHIBITION-Drafted the project proposal, searched for reference images, and helped the 3D design company develop the exhibition to highlight the cars which were displayed in BIMOS. -Communicated with staffing agency to find the appropriate people such as car models, to participate in the event. -Reported the event for the progress and success by collecting invoices and calculating the cost of reimbursable work.
