1. preparation for end close- Prepare journal entries for month-end and year-end close- Prepare forms and financial documentation, including balance sheets- Reconcile general ledger account- Manage the month-end close process and analyze financial statements for discrepancies2. Tax Declaration- Monthly VAT reconciliation and quarterly VAT Declaration- Assist with the preparation of documentation for the tax filings- Preparation of a supplement statement of Corporate tax3. Finance- Manage bank and credit card account reconciliations, including follow up and adjustment of reconciling items- checking daily payment lists into ERP system- Record financial transactions- Mornitoring of daily funding process or daily net movement ofr Treasury Taskcost forecasting and budgeting.4. Process enhancement- communication with IT to resolve raised system issue from EMAX.- Assist in the enhancement of procedures that will improve effectiveness of the accounting function and organization

Budget management- Monthly department budget management- Department fund planning and forecasting of required budget3.
