Duties and Responsibilities Maintaining the optimum level of inventory for +400 SKU to cover 4 weeks demands consistent with sales forecast & actual demands Responsible for import and export daily operation, including planning of transportation, custom clearance, and custom refund operations  Handling purchasing orders from 50~60 domestic and oversea accounts following of all needed processes with relevant departments and oversea suppliers (2017’ EBU: $6.5M, 2016’ ABU: $12M) Provide excess & slow-moving stock reports weekly to improve inventory turnover ratio  Performing monthly reconciliation for each account and issuing tax invoices & offer sheets including issuing credit & debit notes.  Responsible for controlling warehouse activities including general operations, cleanness, security, inventory control, and some repackaging work through tight partnership with 3PL Manage sales order & inventory module in SAP (PRD, BWP) to prepare comprehensive inventory reporting on inventory by company and regularly distribute to all internal users. Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Finance and Customers to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
