Growing up in Jakarta, Indonesia for 15 years due to my father's business, I naturally developed the ability to communicate in English and Malay-Indonesian through interactions with people of diverse ethnicities. This experience cultivated a flexible mindset towards various cultures, fostering a deep love for Southeast Asia. With a dream to utilize my skills in the Southeast Asian market, I continuously honed my professional abilities in Korea.Taking the first step towards realizing this dream, I joined GS Retail's convenience store division, often referred to as the "Retail Business Management School." Joining in 2017, I spent about three years in the franchise store operations management role. My primary responsibilities included visiting stores weekly, providing data-driven coaching and consulting, managing product orders, facilitating communication, handling contract renewals, renovations, and resolving various store issues. Essentially, I acted as a consultant to ensure the stable operation of franchisees. Through these duties, I honed skills such as insightfulness in identifying problems swiftly, effective communication skills to motivate franchisees based on trust, and discernment in selecting products tailored to market trends and customer preferences.Later on, I transitioned to business planning within the convenience store division, where I spent about two years. Here, I managed KPIs, prepared business plan reports, conducted competitor analyses, facilitated executive meetings, and analyzed various issues. This experience provided me with a macroscopic perspective on how companies strategize, make decisions, and enhance competitiveness to achieve their goals. Particularly, I developed basic skills in Excel, PPT, and Word through tasks like logical analysis through data and presenting direction outlined in reports.With a passion for Southeast Asia and an open mind for new challenges, I aim to succeed in the Southeast Asian market based on my experiences and competencies
