Anaylzer System Integration Sales Team

1. Finance & Accounting- Check details of supplier invoices with relevant Approval Forms and Purchase Orders, and enter into the accounting system (JobBag - Accounting system specialized for Advertising Agency)- Prepare Expense Claim forms for job related and overhead invoices, freelancer invoices, corporate card transactions & employee expense reimbursements- Set up new suppliers onto the system- Assist in mid-month & month-end billing- Assist in Timesheet entering and maintenance of Freelancer Register- Assist in maintenance of Fixed Asset Register- Update Finance Intern manual as required2. Administration- General documentation - copy, scan, save, bind and file- General administration support- Assist in staff functions and client meetings- Other Ad-hoc tasks
