Management of ship inspection (Sire, CDI, Petronas) for 15 vessels ( 3 kind of ship type : Product, LPG, Chemical tanker). a) Arrangement of the ship inspection. b) Preparation of the inspection to mitigate high risk observation. c) Making operator comment against the observation (Root cause, Corrective action, Preventive action). d) Circulate the important / high risk observation to fleet vessel as fleet-wide preventive action. e) Making the analysis report for the trend of ship inspection. 2.
