After transitioning from development to a publishing project, I gained valuable experience with new maintenance processes. Initially, I was responsible for QA on content development to ensure live services continued smoothly. Over time, my role expanded to improve global user experiences. I analyzed user data and metrics, provided feedback during the planning review phase, and set up global user environments to identify issues not easily found in standard testing. Through these activities, I acquired the skills and knowledge to evaluate and improve games from both developer and user perspectives.
