Accountable for overall Hardware service including Repair/Exchanges and DOA/Retrofit management Services delivery for the customers according to Service Level Agreements, and cost management against published standard cost catalogues. Macro level activities include:- Customer relationship (Internal & External) management to ensure alignment with customer contractual requirements. Primary interface to regional service assurance & customers.Daily operations management including: • Spare part planning and provisioning • Managing Retrofit/CN ( Change notification )• Repair pipeline management• 3PL/reverse logistics physical flow management and operational management of 3PL ( UPS/SCS/DHL and local repair vendors )• Weekly Performance reporting and HC/Cost/Inventory reporting to Business Office• Work with Service Readiness Lead on implementation of new contracts and ensure service readiness cross organizations• Process supplier invoices, allocate costs to proper WBS. Coordinate with Finance team for both inter unit cost allocation and 3rd Party Payments for ensuring correct HFM Reporting.• Daily transaction of eSpare(SAP)/CARES and Blue planet ( Company ERP system )• export control for strategic material & preparing Compliance Program on Export controlCCI ( Critical Customer Issue ) management – work with global/regional quality/post sales team for conducting RCA and implementation of corrective actions for CCI Closure.Ensure implementation and service readiness for new contractsReview processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction. Regional interface for Global Program deployment supportSupport global initiativesThe charge of repair vendor management as audit IS controls, BCP/DRP etc
