·        Responsible for the professional and personal welfare of 470 employees·        Welcome new employees, handle employee benefits, sick days, vacations and job claims·        Plan and produce social events - fun days, retreats, holiday toasts, birthdays, births, illnesses, etc.·        Provide support and assistance for personal issues, disciplinary issues, loans and more·        Prepare relevant materials for the Salary Department – attendance, overtime, premiums, etc. ·        Responsible for providing mandatory internal and external safety training according to role·        Handle and monitor welfare and training budgets; work with suppliers and the Procurement Department·        Provide ongoing reports to management regarding overtime, absences and more·        Maintain social media presence – write and develop content and provide updates

• Develop business opportunities – locate new customers, produce and promote tours, events and more • Plan and produce holiday catalogs, construct gift packages, determine pricing and budget• Manage a team of employees – provide professional guidance, set goals and incentives • Ongoing inventory management, locate suppliers, handle purchases, invoices and payments• Produce & participate in festivals– manage approvals, entertainment, ticket purchase, branding, marketing, etc. • Manage and monitor monthly and yearly budgets and Gantts; Responsible for digital media content

• Manage 3 recruitment & placement branches, including HR consultants, biz development & budgets • Team management – recruit, train, create work plans, define and monitor monthly and yearly SLAs • Manage entire recruitment process for a wide range of positions including assessments & developing workshops • Lead specialized massive recruitment projects and participation in job fairs• Develop and provide professional training and assessments for new and experienced HR consultants • Locate and develop relationships with clients, conduct meetings, negotiations and handle contracts• Build, manage and monitor annual budgets; report to Regional Manager
