Electrical Engineer-Projects DivisionJob Responsibilities:- • Review the Tender document in detail and develop a clear understanding of the scope of work and responsibilities.• Assist Draftsman with the Preparation of shop drawings by comparison with MEP Tender drawings and schedule of points.• Monitoring day-to-day progress of work reports and preparing daily / weekly/ monthly management progress reports.• Material Management – Keeping track of material requirements and following up with the main purchase department/sub-contractors, etc.• Attending daily, weekly, and monthly progress review meetings, CCR’s, and updating both the project managers and project coordinators on the various issues to be addressed.• Preparation Inspection request (IR), Material Inspection request (MIR), and Transmittal for Drawings and documents to the Consultant (or) Consultant approval.• Planning the work and allocating the Manpower to complete the work as per Schedule.• Planning for the availability of materials, as per our work requirements • Prepare Daily Progress reports, Weekly reports, and Management Reports and update the reports to the Superiors. • Maintain records of completed works for interim and final payment and as-built drawings.• Review material submittals, method statements, and safety activities• Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, and project specifications.

Electrical and Building Management System(BMS) ProjectsJob Responsibilities:• Review the Tender document in detail and develop clear understanding the scope of work and responsibilities.• Assist Draftsman for Preparation of shop drawings by comparison with MEP contract drawings and schedule of point.• Quantity Take-Off for all Electrical and BMS Systems from the Consultant/Tender Drawings.• Floating Enquiry to the Suppliers / Manufacturers as per the makes specified in tender documents.• Analyze the received quotations from suppliers, Perform a comparison among received quotations trying to reach the most competitive one and meanwhile satisfy the client’s requirements. • Preparation Inspection request (IR), Material Inspection request (MIR) and Transmittal for Drawings and documents to the Consultant (or) Consultant approval.• Planning the Work and allocating the Manpower to complete the work as per Schedule.• Planning for the availability of material, as per our work requirements • Day to day supervision of site works and analyses the quality of workmanship.• Prepare Daily Progress report, Weekly report, Management Report & Update the report to the Superiors. • Maintain records of completed works for interim and final payment and as-built drawings.• Review material submittals and method statements and safety activities.• Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents and project specifications.

Job Responsibilities:• Planning, Design and drafting Single line diagrams, Power layouts, Lighting Layouts, Earthing layouts, Lightning Protection, Fire Alarm layouts, Panel board schedules, Low voltage distribution layouts for site, Medium voltage distribution for site, Site lighting Layouts and Area lighting layouts in various projects.• Performing Design calculations, Demand load estimation, Load flow analysis, Short circuit calculation, Circuit breaker sizing, Voltage drop calculation, Cable sizing & Conduit fill.• Lighting System design for Buildings, Street Lighting and Area lighting using DIALUX Software based on IES.• Doing FEED and submitting for approval from the client to proceed with detailed design. Reviewing and addressing the comments from the client after each stage of submission.• Preparation of contract documents which includes but not limited to Design drawings, Design basis report, BOQ, Technical specifications and Instructions for bidder.• Reviewing as built drawings submitted by the contractor against the IFC drawings.• Review material submittals and method statements and safety activities.• Provide professional technical inputs (on Electrical engineering) to the contractor at site.
