Completed her Master of Nursing and is currently working at Northern Heart Hospital (NHH) as Outpatient Department Manager with vast experience in managing outpatient clinics as well as planning, creating and introduction of new outpatient clinics. Excellent communicator with supervising and coaching skills in private hospital settings. She has an exceptional clinical experience in managing people, health facilities, infection control, procurement of equipment, risk management and environmental safety. She believes in the power of coaching staff to achieve their fullest potential and promote staff leadership in achieving their highest performance level. She is actively involved in interdepartmental collaboration team work to improve patient care and health outcomes. She leads the team in achieving the organization service standards and actively participates in Malaysian Society For Quality in Health (MSQH) & Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditations work.
