• Upload documents such as 1003, Verbal Credit Authorization, Notice of Incomplete & Proof of Delivery, to Byte. Review documents if it is in Compliance with the ECOA policy. • Ensure that loan participants including, but not limited to the seller or builder and its address, Listing / Selling Company and Agent, Title & Escrow Company and its officers are entered in Parties tab in Byte before running DataVerify. ​• Orders VOE's, VOD's, Flood Cert, 4506T, SSA and Data Verify.• Upload submission package to Byte and index documents to its proper categorization. Check File Location and Loan Program. Upload USPS, NMLS & LDP/GSA Participants pulled from DataVerify. Pull Tax Bill from a provided website, if not included in file. • Process other services as may be tasked by WA Branch.
