Attending technical & commercial meeting with different client.Knowledge of BS 7491, BS EN 13280, KS 4811, ASTM, AWWA, AS, BS, EN, DIN and IS Standards.Performing experiments on SMC product to improving the strength.Responsible for Deputing QC teams &production team for site projects (as required).Discuss the root cause and preventive actions on recurring errors.Attending TPI (THIRD PARTY INSPECTOR), ISO 9001 audit, and internal QMS audit.Performing testing like tensile strength, lap shear strength, hoop tensile strength, axial tensile strength, ring stiffness strength, glass content, acetone test, HDT test, barcol hardness test.Preparing BOQ of GRP panel tank, GRP ladder, GRP grating, & other GRP products.Performing experiment on Dual laminate (GRP + Honeycomb, GRP + PVC, PPH) for developing the properties of material which can be used for high temperature, high corrosion resistance application.Handling supply chain activity, purchasing raw material, consumable item, maintaining all stock detail in SAP, Performing operation in SAP like Purchase order, invoice and material movement. Preparing SOP for insulation of panel, installation of GRP panel tank & handling and storage of raw material and consumables.Performing &verifying design calculation for GRP panel tank, grating, ladder &pipe and fitting.Performing selection of supplier for deferent item by factory visit.
