    I handle a portfolio of clients in regards to their Motor Insurance needs, dealing with general enquiries, policy changes, the renewal of Policies and also debt collection where necessary. Clients are both private and consumer cases and both come with their different challenges.I also deal with the handling of Motor Insurance claims information from the insurers, to aid colleagues in the accurate underwriting of Policy renewals. Another role I have taken on is being responsible for underwriting the majority of our consumer cases using the delegated underwriting authority from insurers.I have also been involved in the process of setting up and testing a new scheme to provide quotations, and I have also been involved in the process of offshoring aspects of the admin work we do (inviting and debiting of renewals) so we are able to spent more time interacting with clients. this has involved process mapping, setting up new processes, and developing instruction manuals for the offshore team so they may complete the tasks we send.
