As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Veygo, I’m responsible for delivering reliable, highly available and scalable services for the wider business, while also providing a support network for other engineers within the team.Key responsibilities include:Architecting infrastructure, delivering them via infrastructure as code using either Terraform or CloudFormation. Building scalable microservices in Python (Flask/Django/Lambda) running in a dockerised environment using AWS Fargate or using Lambda. Complimented with event driven architecture via SQS/Event Bridge to allow for decoupled systems.Building responsive & highly scalable frontends using React & delivered via a CDN through Cloudfront Mentoring engineers in all areas of the company regardless of experience.Communicating to areas of the business to translate business needs into deliverables via structured milestones using an Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Working as a full stack developer using React/React Native on the frontend and Python Django on the backend connecting with Postgres databases. All running through AWS services.

To engineer robust mobile applications in emerging markets. Predominantly working in JavaScript (ES6/7), using technologies/framesworks such as React Native, React, NodeJS, AWS, MySQL and HyperLedger Fabric.
