Achievements and Responsibilities:- Implementation of Herd Management platform to enhance the tracking and information capturing against NAPCo' 200k strong herd.- Defining and implementing a Business Intelligence platform to aid NAPCO in turning 140 years of data into true insight.- Overcoming the remoteness of cattle stations through connectivity.- Identifying and advising leadership on further opportunities for enhancement, in line with NAPCo's strategic plan.As a mainstay in the Australian livestock production industry and with over 140 years of operation, NAPCo have identified a number of opportunities to build on their success through investments in technology.My role here is to manage the implementation of the various ICT initiatives across the business, as well as providing guidance and direction on all aspects of the ICT environment and future opportunities.

In recent years there has been a growing shift away from bricks and mortar retail into the world of online shopping, and my role was to enable and support this transition by providing both strategic and operational leadership across the companies ICT environment.

Responsibilities and achievements:- Led the design, development, and implementation of the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI - formerly Syteline) across Wallace Bishop and its associated companies.- Worked with Infor Developers to define and implement interfaces between point of sale solution and CSI.- Engaged with stakeholders to define and implement fit for purpose functionality within the framework of the ERP, while seeking opportunities to enhance and streamline business processes through technology.- Developed various new functions within CSI to support the day to day operations of the Wallace Bishop Stock office, as well as the finance department.

- Defined and implemented the group IT Strategy- Implemented a cloud-first approach to Infrastructure and application procurement in order to provide the flexibility and scalability required by a highly seasonal business model.- Implemented Skype for business across the company as an entire Unified communications platform.- led a team of 6 multi-disciplined IT professionals- Managed ICT vendors to ensure service levels and costs were kept in check.- Engaged with key stakeholders to ensure ICT needs of the business are met.- Managed the Off-shore Service Desk team.Stream Claims Services (Stream Group Limited) was a leading provider of repair and case management services to the residential building and motor insurance industries, with offices around Eastern Australia, New Zealand (Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington) as well as in the UK.I Managed and maintained the core infrastructure and ICT services for Stream Group globally.

- Designed and implemented new application infrastructure to better cater for seasonal fluctuations in load.- Managed and maintained the server and network infrastructure of Stream Group Australia and New Zealand.I worked with the CTO at insurtech to maintain and expand the hosting infrastructure for the insurtech applications. I also managed and maintained the IT infrastructure for Stream Group, including office server systems, phone systems, and email (via google apps).

I brought Stream's internal server and network infrastructure up to a business-ready level, and then maintained this infrastructure while providing support to office and external staff.

I planned and implemented installation and upgrade projects on server and network infrastructure for Rivercity's smb clients.
