"Let's Eat!" (the Company) was founded in late fall 2001 by Robert Gatz who for many years used his self-taught culinary skills to wow friends and family. He had always wanted to be involved in the food industry but never thought that a life changing moment would happen. That life changing moment was September 11th, 2001. Mr. Gatz left a successful career in the Real Estate energy to travel west to work in several restaurants honing his skills and proving to himself and others that he would be a viable participant in any food related business.
