School for Independent Learners

Working with students since 1987- we offer a flexible, nurturing environment that reflects who our students are and how they learn. Some students may take just one or two classes and transfer credits to their school of record. Others may enroll full-time and graduate with a high school diploma from SIL. Our goal is to create customized solutions for students, grades 8-12 who seek intellectual freedom, and a self-paced, educator-inspired curriculum. Programs are personalized through flexible scheduling to meet students' needs and ensure success. Our teachers are long-tenured with unparalleled experience in 1:1 teaching. They customize the learning experience for all student needs- academically, socially, and emotionally. SIL is not a one-size-fits-all all approach.
