We believe that blindness should never mean invisibility. Foundation 03:00 is a Ukrainian non-profit that creates opportunities for blind veterans and civilians through employment, education, art, and inclusive experiences. Our mission is to change perceptions, break down barriers, and open new doors for people with visual impairments — in Ukraine and beyond. Our flagship initiative is the Museum in the Dark “03:00”, where blind guides lead immersive tours in complete darkness. Since 2017, over 75,000 people have experienced our exhibitions, challenging their own assumptions and discovering the world through touch, sound, and trust. After the full-scale invasion, we expanded our work to support veterans who lost their vision in the war. What we do: – Create meaningful jobs for blind people – Develop inclusive art & educational formats – Help to improve the rehabilitation of blind veterans – Train service providers and employers in accessibility – Advocate for systemic change in how blindness is perceived We collaborate with artists, educators, governments, businesses, and international partners. Together, we build a world where blindness is not a limitation — but simply a different way of seeing.
