1% Architecture

Named 1% Architecture, a glance to a culture of anti-conformism, the workshop aims to be different and off the mark from the remaining 99%. The workshop's approach to the project is that of an architecture at the service of man. It responds to a common core of criteria that guide architectural creation. The solidity of a structure, its efficiency, its aesthetics and its sociocultural identity must be accompanied by strict conduct, legal, technical and financial rigor and conform best to the needs and wishes of the clients, in accordance with their means and deadlines. Son approche au projet est celle d’une architecture au service de l’homme. Elle répond à un tronc commun de critères qui guident la création architecturale. La solidité d’un ouvrage, son efficacité, son esthétique et son identité socio-culturelle doivent en effet s’accompagner d’une rigueur déontologique, juridique, technique et financière stricte et correspondre au mieux aux besoins et envies du maître d’ouvrage, dans le respect de ses moyens et délais.
