Continuing her professional development, she received advanced certification in Human Resources Management at University of California, Los Angeles and is a member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Prior to starting 1 Source Solutions, Ramona was VP of Administration and Director of Operations for a group of dental experts and multi-specialty dental care practices.
