We aim to lead the conversation, encourage collaboration and innovation, set the benchmark, facilitate learning and drive bold action, guided by our 100% Human at Work values of: respect, equity, growth, belonging and purpose. Virgin Unite and The B Team partnered to launch the 100% Human at Work initiative.
