1000 Days Fund

Our Mission is to end stunting. We train and equip frontline CHWs with the tools and confidence needed to prevent stunting—in our wake we leave behind a functioning village-level healthcare system, alongside a model that can be scaled. In less than 5 years we've trained 54,000 CHWs & facilitated more than 480,000 in home malnutrition screenings. In 1000 Days Fund districts we've slashed stunting rates by as much as 55%, saving some 40,000 children from a life devastated by stunting. All on less than $1 million USD per year. We marry tech & traditional in-home behavior change, collecting data across more than 100 sub-districts to unlock the power of data with interactive dashboards & reports that inspire smarter decisions. We publish. We push policy. We are the only Indonesian members of Community Health Impact Coalition, the Minister of Health has endorsed our tools and training & J-PAL is currently running an RCT inspired by our flagship growth charts.
