Mille et Une Noix

Founded in 2014 by Sandra Nadeau, Mille et Une Noix has been located in new facilities in Sherbrooke since 2023. Our team's expertise and our industrial equipment ensure that we can produce large quantities of high-quality nut butters. Our nut butters are characterized by their local preparation (roasting and grinding), their outstanding texture and their incomparable freshness. Our product line up include peanut, almond and hazelnut butter, a reinvented healthy chocolate-hazelnut spread and Moroccan-inspired Amlou. To ensure the quality of the finished product, Sandra, involved at every level of production, carefully selects her suppliers. This dedication to quality and our tried-and-tested techniques enable us to produce nut butters like you have never tasted before!
