100percentplus is a developer of inclusive social housing. We are a social enterprise that develops 100% social housing; that is owned or rented and managed by the people that live in them. Homes that respond to human life; that can expand and contract as families do; that can provide for the old, the young, and the vulnerable; that stays as social housing for perpetuity. Founded by architects Greta Jonsson and Sarah Boyd, 100percentplus are design led developer of social housing, inclusive and accessible to all. On completion of developments, housing schemes are placed in Community Land Trusts. 100percentplus remain trustees together with representatives of the residents and other stakeholders, in these design-led, community driven developments. 100percentplus was born out of the desire to address the lack of high quality community driven social housing. The premise is to deliver design led housing, to offer 100% social housing provision that remains as such in perpetuity. The developments will link to and benefit the wider community and have long lasting positive social impact for years to come. We are a social enterprise run by architects with over 35 years of combined delivery experience, who have collectively delivered community, educational, residential, mixed and private sector projects with a focus on sustainable and affordable buildings. With a track record of being ‘doers’, the creation of 100percentplus is an active response to the UK’s critical affordable housing crisis, which is particularly acute in London. Our role as the social developers will include identifying potential land and working with local people; local authorities & land owners; evaluating sites and working on masterplans to realise maximum potential; commissioning consultants and working with the prospective residents to deliver the overall vision - truly community value driven affordable housing. 100% affordable 100%+ affordable + community value
