«100 Tonn Montage» is a company specialized in the industrial equipment assembly since 2002. The company has its own stock of hydraulic equipment from Holland and Germany that is constantly updated to meet the needs of a customer and to perform different rigging and assembly works. 10-1100 ton gantry systems, shift and lateral displacement systems, turning table, carts and trailers (load capacity up to 120 ton), rails, bars, supports and many other components enable the quick assembly avoiding any problems with moving super heavy equipment parts. «100 Tonn Montage» operation centers are located in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Tolyatti and Yekaterinburg thus providing assembly service throughout the Russian Federation and near abroad, and cooperating with European partners as well. Due to its experience and technical equipment the company offers a wide range of assembly services such as: mechanical installation and electric wiring, foundation setting, welding, operational documentation and many others. Heavy equipment whether hydraulic press, metal-working machine, furnace or turbines are safely and carefully moved, installed in its final position and assembled.
