Second, it invites them to take part in integrated tender processes. Strategic roadmap priorities include Canada & USA + Key European countries (Germany, UK, Belgium, Switzerland, The Netherlands, ...) Main innovations. Proposal for a vertical solution which allows professionals to manage the full WFM business lifecycle, from strategic needs to tender process. Allow operation’s monitoring whilst tracking and appraising the financial and CSR progress and impact (efficiency of workplace & FM investments, carbon footprint, employee commitment / motivation). In parallel, we propose the industry’s first and dedicated WFM supplier portal. The Minimum Viable Product maps the work environment (Workplace & FM): sites / facilities, locations, services, contracts, suppliers, costs, deadlines, action/progress plans, CSR contributions, etc. It enables a detailed description of services to design and launch tender documents. It also offers access to a dedicated suppliers’ portal, to search, identify and select vendors to be earmarked in tenders’ processes.
