The Catskills region has always been and continues to have a vibrant, artistic community. The inherent physical beauty provides a backdrop for artistic process from all over the country. The 1053 Main Street Gallery aspires to share work from this community as well as from artists cast from a wider net. Our goal is to support artists, mid-career as well as established, with integrity and rigor, ever respectful of furthering individual, artistic visions. While we welcome all disciplines of creative work, our primary focus is on visual works in all mediums. Our hope is to create an intriguing and inviting space that becomes an integral part of the community that has inspired it.
