11 Wells Spirits Company

Opened in 2013 for production of a range of whiskey, rum, vodka, gin and liqueurs. By 2018 we added the Cocktail Room for tastings and sales on-site. Swing on in for a taste of 11 Wells as only our fantastic Cocktailians can create! A bit more about us: Located in the historic Hamm's Brewery on Minnehaha Avenue in St. Paul, 11 Wells is proud to be part of the revitalization of the Payne Avenue Corridor. The brewery did indeed use eleven wells, and in keeping with that tradition, we use our on-site well as the source of water for our spirits. We're proud of our history and our neighborhood as we aim to be true to our St. Paul roots. 11 Wells is located in the old Blacksmith and Millwright Shop buildings on the vast Hamm's site. These buildings are home to our production facility and cocktail room.
