Modou Diagne first joined 111 back in 2014 as a Kitchen Porter, working tirelessly over the years to become Head Chef. In 2020 Modou was given ownership of the restaurant, renamed 111 by Modou. Since relaunching in August 2020 Modou and the team are always developing the concept.
