Ken publishes the Activist Spotlight column on CNBC.com and has been hosting the Active-Passive Investor Summit in NYC annually since 2010 to discuss topics in corporate governance and ESG. Ken is also the creator of the AESG investment category, an active, pragmatic investment style focused on improving ESG practices and culture of portfolio companies.
