14.digital is a nonprofit network of Syrian tech professionals from the diaspora working to rebuild Syria’s digital future. Founded by experts across Canada, the US, and Europe, we design people-centered digital solutions that lay the groundwork for a free, inclusive, and modern Syrian society. Our initiatives focus on: Building foundational digital infrastructure (e-ID, open data, digital registries) Empowering civic tech and digital rights Collaborating with NGOs, civil society, and global partners Creating tools and platforms for post-conflict recovery and institutional reform We believe in open collaboration, privacy-first innovation, and a future where Syrians have ownership of their digital destiny.
