On the 4th September 2015 Joe Vaughan opened 1683 Chocolate Place in Knowle, Solihull. Joe turned 16 just two weeks before opening his shop,
Joe trained with Callebaut at the Chocolate Academy in Banbury, Uk. After leaving the Academy from such an intensive course Joe knew that he really had to work hard on producing the quality of Chocolates he wanted.
We believe that by not using preservatives or additives into the chocolates we produce we can get the best flavour possible, as a result our chocolates have a shelf life of approximately 6 weeks, however if a longer shelf life is required then please just ask as we have a few different chocolates with a longer shelf life.
