Founder and CEO Paul Blanchard has 30 years experience in the sports industry.
He has worked in Club, Governing Body, Federation, Venue and Higher Education environments with both a UK and International focus.
Paul has delivered success for organisations such as Scottish Premier League, Southampton FC, Surrey CCC and The Oval, Harlequins RL and The Surrey Sports Park at The University of Surrey.
Most recently as CEO at Commonwealth Games England, following a successful bid process to host the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, he led Team England to its best ever medal return of 176.
