In 2018, 1858 Caesar Bar debuted in Collingwood, Ontario, marking the advent of Canada's inaugural Caesar Bar. From its modest origins in a cozy 380-square-foot space accommodating 14 guests, we've come a long way, proudly serving a remarkable 28,850 Caesars in our first year alone! Fast forward five years, and our Caesar count has soared past 500,000, a testament to the incredible support we've received from our patrons. This overwhelming encouragement has been the cornerstone of our growth and expansion. Gratitude fills our hearts for the unwavering support of our customers. Our expanded premises now welcome 95 guests, and we're thrilled to announce that new 1858 Caesar Bar locations are sprouting throughout Ontario, with plans underway to reach more of Canada.
